Partnering for Affordable Housing

The American Homeownership Foundation ("TAHF") is a qualified 501(c)(3)
nonprofit corporation dedicated to community development primarily through providing affordable homeownership and rental opportunities for new families, the elderly, the handicapped and disabled, and low to moderate income people throughout the United States. TAHF was incorporated in 1998, and received its nonprofit determination letter from the IRS in 1999. Over the past several years, the Corporation has raised over $200 million for its home rental and home buying programs though a combination of grant funds, private investors, and tax-exempt bonds through partnering with local municipalities.
