OFFICERS

Bryan J. Wong, Executive Director
Mr. Wong, one of the founders of The American Homeownership Foundation, has nearly 15 years' experience in mortgage banking. He is an expert in the originating and servicing of affordable housing loan programs. His experience includes managing the underwriting, lender training, homebuyer education, credit counseling, administration and document preparation of low and moderate income homebuyer programs.

Prior to TAHF, Mr. Wong was employed for over ten years with Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., in Southern California. As National Account Manager, he worked with various state housing agencies and multiple local municipalities where he directed and managed homebuyer education, lender training, and the compliance issues of bond financed affordable housing programs. His responsibilities also included negotiating Master Servicing rights, designing new bond and loan programs, and writing program guidelines.

Mr. Wong represented Countrywide at industry meetings and housing association conferences. Prior to being Manager, he directly funded in excess of $200 million of home loans, and was the two-time recipient of Countrywide's highest honor for salesmen, the President Council.

Mr. Wong is an elected Member of the Education Governing Board for the Monrovia Unified School District. He earned his BS degree in Economics from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.


Roan H. Blacker, Treasuer

Mr. Blacker is a founder of TAHF. With 20 years' experience in the municipal housing industry, he is an expert in managing subsidized affordable housing programs, including structuring debt service, sourcing credit enhancement, providing cash-flow analysis, and project coordination.

Prior to founding TAHF, Mr. Blacker was a Vice-President for PaineWebber Incorporated, in the division of Municipal Investment Banking. He joined the firm in New York, later moving to San Francisco, where he coordinated municipal program financings for local and state housing agencies, including those for Washington, Arkansas, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Iowa.

Mr. Blacker received his BA in Economics and Latin American Studies from the University of California at Los Angeles, and his MBA in Finance and Marketing at Columbia University.


Sonni D. Wong, Secretary
Ms. Wong works in TAHF's administrative office in Monrovia, California. Her responsibilities include personnel issues, record keeping, filings, and coordinating the corporation's various offices.

Prior to joining TAHF, Ms. Wong used her 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry as an underwriter and loan officer, to create and operate a mortgage company for a law firm specializing in bankruptcies. The company focused its efforts in assisting clients to acquire homes. Her primary responsibilities included meeting all regulatory requirements for the company, managing the sales staff, and overseeing loan underwriting.

Ms. Wong has a California real estate license and is a member of the
Los Angeles Board of Realtors.

Joann Francis
Ms. Francis is the principal partner of The Francis Law Office, a legal firm specializing in government relations and public infrastructure projects. She is also Vice Chair of the Seattle Art Museum Development Authority. Previously Ms. Francis was Chief Administrative Officer for Sound Transit in the Seattle area.

Under the Clinton administration, Ms. Francis served as the presidential appointee as Regional Administrator for the Federal Small Business Administration, overseeing SBA operations in Alaska, Idaho and Washington, from the SBA's Seattle office.

Ms. Francis received her BA in Communications and her JD from the University of Washington.

Marty L. Mihailuk
Mr. Mihailuk is in charge of Business Operations for the National Lenders Advantage Division at First American Title Insurance Company, Lewisville, Texas. His responsibilities include coordinating compliance issues, implementing manual and technical processes and procedure, and overseeing vendor relations for mortgage related title curative and escrow closing nationwide.

Prior to becoming a board member, Mr. Mihailuk was TAHF's Corporate Secretary and Program Coordinator. In this role, he established TAHF's first lease purchase program in Pulaski County, Arkansas, serving the Little Rock area.

Mr. Mihailuk earned his BA in Journalism (ABJ in Public Relations) from the University of Georgia, and has completed selected MBA coursework at the California State University, Northridge.

Johnson Tsai
Mr. Tsai, a founding Director of TAHF, is the President and CEO of Los Angeles National Bank. He has over ten years of commercial lending experience, including SBA loans and loans affiliated with Community Development Act programs, i.e., National Housing Service and Community Development Corporation.

Mr. Tsai received his BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Southern California.

Ursula Van Driesum
Ms. Van Driesum retired in August 2001, from the Arkansas Development Finance Authority in Little Rock, Arkansas. Ms. Van Driesum served the Authority for 20 years in various key positions, including overseeing the state agency's multifamily activities and subsidized single family programs. Ms. Van Driesum is a well-recognized affordable housing expert in the state of Arkansas and throughout the region. Prior to joining the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, Ms. Van Driesum was a single family loan underwriter and a consumer loan officer.

Ms. Van Driesum received her Diploma in Social Studies from St. Catherine's Sociology Center in London, England.
